Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault. None has sustained any injury.

No.67688 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
