The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No. 6736 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) 37 (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 10 ltrs of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
