2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 54691 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to typographical error in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 54691 of 2019 the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge VII, Bhagalpur has been typed erroneously instead of learned Additional District Judge VIII Bhagalpur, which accordingly, carried in the order dated 30.08.2019 while granting provisional bail to the petitioner therein. A prayer has been made for grant of further time to the petitioner herein to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62485 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 the reference to "learned Additional District Judge VII, Bhagalpur" in para 3 of the order dated 30.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 54691 of 2019 is corrected to read as "learned Additional District Judge VIII, Bhagalpur".

5. The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below by the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
