2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that similar issue was decided by this Court in CWJC No. 17449 of 2019 vide oral order dated 28.08.2019. The relevant part of the order is quoted below:- "Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ application is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners for approval of service at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the competent authority is required to ensure the payment of salary of the petitioners within a further period of 30 days."

3. In view of the observations and direction in CWJC No. 17449 of 2019, the present writ petition is disposed of in similar terms.
