1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Budha Colony P. S. Case No.232 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

3. In view of the observation contained in impugned order, the Court, for the present, is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application as petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest.

4. However, in the event, if apprehension of arrest arises or the petitioner is made an accused in the case, he will be at liberty to file second anticipatory bail application.

5. Accordingly, the present application for
