JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file objection before the Circle Officer, Motipur, District Muzaffarpur in Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2015-16. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an objection petition before the Circle Officer, Motipur, District Muzaffarpur under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an objection petition is filed, the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8216 of 2017(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Motipur, District Muzaffarpur shall consider the said petition and thereafter pass the final order under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

It is needless to state that till the final order is passed by the Circle Officer, Motipur, District Muzaffarpur in Encroachment Case No.3 of 2015-16, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained.
