Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.
The informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner entered his house and started firing and thereafter Dharmendra Ram assaulted Nitish Kumar by Gandasa causing injury on his head and hand, Shambhu Ram assaulted Pappu Kumar by Gandasa causing injury on his hand and thigh and Sunil Ram molested his wife and Santosh Ram snatched her gold chain.

No.66308 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the FIR specifically alleges the role of the accused persons in the occurrence and as far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation of abuse and assault against him and as far as allegation of firing is alleged, the same is ornamental as no one was injured.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
