2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got clean criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2023. He further submits that he is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

4. One stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67987 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Dhansoi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
