JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.555 of 2019, the Special Secretary-cum-Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.11.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the said order dated 26.11.2025 by filing appropriate writ petition as also seeks liberty to pray therein for grant of arrears of salary to the petitioners upto the date of passing of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2813 of 2023(6) dt.16-01-2026 3/3 aforesaid order dated 26.11.2025. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
