The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 registered under Sections 370, 372, 376, 120-B, 506, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the informant was confined by co-accused Jainab Khatoon and one Jubair Alam and Jainab Khatoon had pushed her into prostitution and thereafter she was sold to the petitioner for Rs.2 lakhs, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
