The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the I.T. Act. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner has provided intoxicate laced breakfast to the informant and soon after she became unconscious and petitioner raped her made her video viral. It is further alleged that petitioner was in habit of blackmailing the informant and threatened her to make viral her video on social medial if she not pay him Rs. 30,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He is innocent. Medical examination of the

The real fact is that the informant took loan of Rs. 30,000/- from the petitioner and when he asked her to return it, she implicated the petitioner in this false case only with a view to grab his loan amount. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 14.07.2022.
The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022.
