2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warishnagar P.S. Case No.151 of 2024 dated 08.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
