It is submitted that issues are related with confiscation, which has already been settled by this Court through LPA No.1647 of 2015, arising out of Cr.WJC No.2151 of 2015, vide order dated 06.02.2019.
After short argument learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal writ petition with liberty to raise all such issues, before the Ld. Trial Court at appropriate stage.
