In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the Informant was going in the tempo, two persons intercepted and took away Rs. 80,000/- from possession. The name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. The petitioner has criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case mainly the petitioner having criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
