2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30 (a), 32 (1), 2 (3), 41 (1) & 2 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 334 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the Honda City Car and the petitioner was found in that car.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not the owner of the car rather police forced him to become witness in the seizure which he denied that is why he has been implicated in this case. Petitioner is having antecedent of three cases in which he is already on bail.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 634 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned2nd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Kaimur at Bhabua.
