JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is accused in one more case registered under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 vide Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 326 of 2017.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner of identical nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran.
