This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pipra P.S. Case No.65 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 366-A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have taken away the minor daughter of the informant.

The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Motihari, District- East Champaran, in connection with Pipra P.S.
