2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with F.C.I. P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 308(4), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner has fired at the son of the informant hitting him on the left side of his chest due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. No any weapon has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025 and has got eighteen criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that other co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70985 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. It is also submitted that there is specific allegation of firing gunshot which hit left side of the chest of informant's son. It is further submitted that the petitioner bears eighteen criminal antecedents. Hence, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, criminal antecedents, nature of accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. The prayer is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial.
