The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 155/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 337, 338, 307, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of obstruction in discharge of official duty and forcefully taking away, the tractors which was seized, for violating the Mining laws. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there is no material to substantiate that there was a motive with the informant or any other witness to falsely name the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63211 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 named on anticipatory bail. Their prayer for bail is rejected. In the event of surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
