2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered on 20.07.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 370(A), 371, 376 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 4 named accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2023 having one criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. Charge-sheet has already been filed.
5. Counsel further submits that other co-accused has been granted bail who are alleged to be the house owner and

No.69653 of 2023(4) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 customers by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2023 in Cr.Misc No. 64591, vide order dated 05.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 62357 and vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 71939 of 2023
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
