2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 450 litres illicit liquor from Bolero vehicle and petitioner, who was driving the vehicle, along with other co-accused was apprehended on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a young boy aged about 19 years. Petitioner was driving the vehicle in question and he had no knowledge about keeping of illicit liquor in the said vehicle. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69259 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 Petitioner has no concern either with the seized liquor or the vehicle in question. Petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Siwan in connection with Siwan Excise P.S. Case No.504 of 2025.
