In the show cause filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 6, it is pointed out that the due amount of arrears of salary for the sanctioned leave period of 371 days amounting to Rs. 44,986/- has been paid on 26.04.2013 and the interest at the rate of 12% amounting to Rs. 1,04,367/- was paid on 26.09.2013.
