2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant after selling vegetables was coming home, in the way, on the order of petitioner No. 1, the other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant with lathi, danda and iron rod, which caused grievous injury to him.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69569 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case with false and frivolous allegations. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The specific allegation of inflicting assault is against the co-accused, Pankaj Kumar and not against these petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
