The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 registered under Sections 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that minor daughter of the informant had gone to attend the coaching class but she did not return. Informant raised suspicion against the petitioner of having his hand in kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant as he was also in the same coaching class. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on mere suspicion, the name of the

The statement of victim-daughter of the informant recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 20.08.2018 in which she has stated that due to torturous situation in day-to-day life, she had left her house and went to her Mousi House. She has not whispered the name of the petitioner, which is evident from Annexure-2 to the petition.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., II, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) sushma/- U T
