The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 187/1995, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was on bail, but the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 26.09.2002. He was in jail since 22.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
