2. The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. (Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 652/2023) registered under Sections 386/387 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

3. The informant has filed the affidavit and submits that both the parties have settled their dispute.

4. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, this application is allowed.

5. The F.I.R. (Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 652/2023) registered under Sections 386/387 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed.

6. Accordingly, further proceedings against all the accused persons is quashed.
