The present application has been filed for selection on the post of Aganbari Sahayika in Gram Panchayat Raj Aourahi, Baharaha Kothi, District-Purnea by canceling the selection of respondent no.6 Sabita Kumari. If the petitioner was aggrieved she ought to have approached to the competent appellate authority which she has not done. The present writ application cannot be entertained on account of having alternative remedy to her.
