After some arguments, Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail. Should such an application be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Court below shall look into the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted regular bail and shall pass orders without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
