1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the office order contained in Memo No. 188 dated 06.06.2022 issued under the joint signature of the respondent no. 6 and 7 by which employment of the petitioner has been cancelled and further for commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Assistant Teacher, Middle School, Teuri Biharsharif, Nalanda alongwith all consequential benefits.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority has been constituted under the Rules for hearing the grievances of the teachers.

4. The petitioner has directly approached this Court without availing the remedy before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

6. It is made clear that if any Appeal is filed by the petitioner, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif shall dispose the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
