The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. The F.I.R. is lodged eight days of the alleged occurrence. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71949 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
