JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahera (Alinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No.388 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay of three days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bainipur at Darbhanga in connection with Bahera (Alinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No.388 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under
