3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs this Court that substantial amount of retiral dues admissible to the petitioner has been paid.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.
5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation and make payment of the all admissible dues within the said period.
