JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Baliram Singh and Hari Narayan Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 27329 of 2017 on 21.08.2017.

Taking the same into consideration and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above
