"(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for restraining the concerned authorities towards taking any action on the consequential result of N.P.A. of the petitioner's Cash Credit Account as the petitioner is ready to repay the loan under the said Account in installment on providing the detail status of the Account under clear understanding to the petitioner and as such, if any proceeding initiated in this regard against the petitioner is required to be stayed with immediate effect."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the authorities concerned to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure-4) and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation and on such representation be given, the authorities shall consider the same and pass necessary orders.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a fresh representation to authorities concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondent Bank shall consider the same and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks thereof.

5. With the above direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
