====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 7186 of 2019, arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having harassed his wife under the influence of illicit liquor, after getting drunk.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and on account of petty quarrel in between the husband and wife, the wife has lodged this case. It

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60798 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 12.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 7186 of 2019, arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019.
