The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.165 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 304(B), 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing and killing the deceased, sister of the opposite party no.2, by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.61334 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 petitioner no.1 is the brother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and both have falsely been implicated in this case without any specific overt act. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted at the Bar that Pratap Kumar, the husband of the deceased, is already in custody.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Complaint Case No.165 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
