The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 dated 18.02.2018 which was initially instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code but later Sections 412 and 395 of the IPC were added. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the name of the petitioners has transpired in the statement of arrested co-accused persons who have disclosed that the stolen property was purchased by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioners and the petitioners have clean antecedents.

No.72640 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and taking into account the fact that the implication of the petitioners is only on the basis of confession of coaccused persons, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Xth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
