The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 354(A), 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that while two daughters of informant, Rekha Devi, were in the way, at that time, petitioner and two others named in the FIR with intention to outrage modesty laid her one daughter, namely, Komal Kumari on the ground, then her another daughter, namely, Rani Kumari rushed to save but she was also laid on the ground. At that time, petitioner assaulted her daughter, Komal Kumari and snatched

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner and two others were moving on motorcycle and at that time, due to unbalance of the motorcycle, daughter of the informant was dashed, thereafter, hot talk was exchanged but only to give undue pressure, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
