2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 504, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the victim.

4. The petitioner is accused in 10 more cases of similar and serious nature. He is in jail since 24.06.2023.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
