2. A supplementary show cause affidavit has been filed in pursuant to the order of this Court. It has been specifically contended that the arrears on account of 6th Pay Revision has already been paid to the petitioner and now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in terms with the order under contempt passed by this Court.

3. Considering the nature of order and the supplementary show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 4, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the same stands closed.

4. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty, if still he has any grievance, to approach before the concerned authority.
