The petitioner has filed the instant application stating that the Anganwari Sevika Appeal Case no.18 of 2022 preferred by the petitioner in the year 2022 still remain pending before the District Magistrate, Sasaram (respondent no.3). It is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the same be directed to be disposed of within a reasonable period.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no.3) is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15529 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 dispose of the Anganwari Sevika Appeal Case no.18 of 2022, in case the same is still pending, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the authority concerned.

5. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
