2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was robbed by the criminals and the criminals also injured the victim by opening fire upon him.

4. The petitioner was caught on the spot and he is in jail since 21.05.2024.

5. Considering the serious allegation of loot against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial of the petitioner is directed to be expedited.
