2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no cognizance has been taken against the accused who is his own brother under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Revisional Court has also rejected the prayer of the petitioner.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge i.e., he can file an application that charges under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73169 of 2019(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code are made out against the accused.
