2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim sustained firearm injury at a different place and has falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case, as earlier also, the petitioner's mother had been fired upon by the prosecution side. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstnaces, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Munger/ concerned Court below in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2025.
