The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 for the offences under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of Indigo Car. Referring to Annexure-2 he submits that Annexure-2 is the document indicating that the ownership of Mr. Rajesh over the vehicle seized from the residents of this petitioner. No.58729 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019, subject to condition that the Court below shall verify the ownership of the vehicle Indigo and if it is found that the vehicle in question is standing in the name of Rajesh then the Court below shall release the petitioner.
