Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.65159 of 2019(13) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegation of assault against these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
