For issuance of the proper writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the form of mandamous commanding upon the authority concerned Respondents for the restoration of the electric connection in the premises of M/S Kaushal Kishor H.P.

Gas Gramin distributor situated at Balirajpur, P.S.-Babubarhi, Dist-

Patna High Court CWJC No.20815 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/3 Madhubani, which is illegally disconnected by the Respondent No.3 on 03.02.2019 when the electric connection is given by him to the said premises few days ago without any meter installed against the said charges of security money of Rs.1200/- for giving the electric energy supply to the said premises vide payment receipt of security deposit no.278467 dated 30.11.18 as contained under annexure no.I and for fixing the meter in the premises of the said firm.

(ii) For the grant of appropriate amount of compensation quantified to be Rs.1,00,000/- in the favour of the petitioner due to the ill acts of the Respondents No.2, 3, 4.

(iii) For the grant of other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already taken recourse to alternative remedies by way of filing a petition, being Consumer Case No. 17/19 under the Consumer Protection Act.

As such, in our considered view, the present petition is misconceived and not maintainable.

Petition, accordingly, stands dismissed as not
