Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Trial No. 130 of 2021 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 466 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that 23.8 kg of Ganja has been recovered from the car in which the petitioner was travelling.

In view of recovery of huge quantity of Ganja and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66638 of 2022(4) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 view of the fact that the charge has also been framed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
