2. Heard the parties.

3. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) To issue an appropriate writ in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15358 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 nature of the to direction/directions Respondent Competent Authority-cum-District Land Acquisition Rohtas giving Officer, for compensation to the Petitioner accepting the Land of the Petitioner as residential as the land acquired under Village Ali Nagar, Thana No. 263 bearing Khata No. 208, Khesra No. 411, Area 0.1416 hectare equivalent to 35 decimal and another bearing Khata No. 210, Khesra No. 413, Area 0.0971 hectare equivalent to 24 decimal totaling 59 decimal under L.A. Case No.33/2024 25 for the construction of "4/6 Green Field Varanasi - Ranchi - Kolkata Expressway" by the Land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas is residential land.

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of direction or directions to the Respondent Authorities to consider the acquired land of the Petitioner as residential and given the compensation after calculating the compensation of the land accepting it as residential.

(iii) To issue any other writ/writs and/or direction/directions to the respondents as your

4. Learned GP-4, Mr. Manish Kumar at the outset submits that he should have approached the respondent no. 9, the Divisional Commissioner, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned respondent in next four weeks.

6. If the said petition is preferred alongwith all the relevant documents, the same be taken up and after hearing all the necessary parties, be disposed of within a statutory period.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
