ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2019 in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 547 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners, but from the motorcycle. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on
